I love to sweat. I know most of you must be rolling your eyes at me right now, but that’s my truth, and I’m standing in it. I dipple dappled in personal training for a few years, as much as I loved teaching people how to exercise while providing lasting results, I realized training people didn’t feed my soul the way I needed it to. I felt like a robot, repeating exercises, making small talk and tip toeing around the real issues. Anyone can sweat, it takes a deeper look inside to see why you are over or underweight. That includes being honest with yourself about what you really want out of life and what you are willing to do to obtain your goals.
Just because I stopped accepting training clients doesn’t mean my love for exercise faded. Not at all, I love sharing my workouts with the world. I want to show people you don’t need to be a size 6 to be in shape. I live to inspire people, especially the kind of people that can’t afford a personal trainer or a gym membership.
