The birds are chirping the sun is shining, and I’m showing all my teeth. I set some serious boundaries this week, and I can see a different in every facet of my life, my skin looks better, I wake up happier, and I’m accomplishing more throughout the day. So what are these boundaries I’m speaking of?
I now go to bed at 11 pm. I used to work until I passed out of exhaustion which was usually around 1 am or 2 am. Waking up at 9 am made me mad for most of the day. Now that I get to bed earlier I’ve been waking up at 7 am ready to take on the world. I exercising first thing in the morning instead of the afternoon or at night. It gives me the energy to take on the day and makes me feel accomplished.
Another change was accepting the end of a beautiful friendship. Actually, they cut themselves out of my life. I had a falling out with some women I thought were my best friends, after I expressed my frustration with their actions and apologized over and over again they cut me off, stopped calling, text, and communicating with me.
I was planning on reaching out trying to persevere the friendship, but other friends and family told me not to. I’m really hurt by their actions. Even if I was 10000% in the wrong, I thought I meant more to them then this kind of treatment. I finally came to terms that this friendship might be over, shed a few tears and admitted out loud that I was hurt.
I know what you’re thinking why in the world are you sharing all this drama with us on #craftyfridays, because that madness inspired this week’s craft. Alcohol Fire Art. I got burned, and now I’m doing the burning lol. Enjoy
